Fees

If your child turns three part way through a term and joins us the cost will be:

£18.00 for a 3 hour session (9-12 or 12-3)
£35.00 for a 6 hour session (9-3)

If your child would like to order a cooked school meal then the charge is £2.50 or they can bring a packed lunch.

The first full term after your child’s 3^rd birthday they will be entitled to funding for free childcare up to a maximum of 15 hours per week during term time. A minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 6 hours may be used per day.

Funding allocation cut off points are as follows:

Children need to turn 3 before the 31^st August to be entitled to funding for the Autumn term.

Children need to turn 3 before the 31^st December to be entitled to funding for the Spring term.

Children need to turn 3 before the 31^st April to be entitled to funding for the Summer term.

For children in attendance who pay for their sessions, full fees will be charged for each session even if your child does not attend. This is done in order to keep your child's place and to ensure the running costs of the session are covered.

Funding allocation is non refundable and it is down to parents discretion as to whether they keep their child at home for reasons other than illness within reason. For example if your child is occupying a space that they use infrequently and it is preventing another child from accessing the setting.

Coads Green pre-school reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the offer of a place where our terms and conditions are not met.
